Mint-Chocolate Coffee Spoons

A3 Posters
A3 Posters are large pieces of printed-paper that are designed so that they can be attached to a wall or a vertical surface. Usually, Posters include both textual and graphic elements. They may also be entirely graphical or completely textual. Posters are designed to be stunning and convey information. Posters may be used for many purposes, and they are a frequent tool for advertisers (particularly for events, musicians and films), protestors and other groups that try to communicate a message. A3 Posters are also used for duplications of artwork, especially famous work. Another type of poster is educational Posters, which may be about a particular subject for educational purposes,


A quick and easy way to enjoy mint-chocolate coffee!

My sister-in-law makes these, and they sell them at school events to raise money for the pparochial school where her son is enrolled. She says they "sell like hotcakes." Suggested price: 2 for $1. If you want to make gifts for people for birthdays or Christmas or other special occasions, or as party favors, the coffee spoons work well for that too.

    Baby Gift Baskets
    The whole point of Baby Gift Baskets is that they are personalised making them a lovely bespoke baby gift. They start with a pretty white wicker basket which is fully lined with pink or blue gingham. These delightful Baby Gift Baskets are ideal for use in the nursery afterwards for baby`s toiletries. Then there is a 100% white cotton Bib with Velcro fastening and gingham appliqué teddies in Blue or Pink. The Bib will be embroidered with your chosen name and date of birth to add that truly personal touch! If you know baby`s birth weight and time of birth, that can be put on too this is great idea! Then there is a traditional fully-jointed teddy along with a pair of gorgeous bootees with either Pink or Blue trim, as well as an essential baby soft Brush and Comb set. To complete all of the Baby Gift Baskets there is a stunning Silver Plated First Tooth Box, embossed with a teddy design in either pink or blue enamel and individually boxed.

  • Ordinary plastic spoons

  • Bars of Hershey`s chocolate

  • Hard peppermint candy or, for something different, try dinner mints

  • Saran Wrap or other plastic wrap

  • Short pieces of ribbon

Melt the chocolate. Dip the plastic spoons in the chocolate. Lay spoons on wax paper. Before the chocolate sets, place a mint in the middle of the spoon.

When the chocolate has cooled and hardened, cover spoon with Saran Wrap (or other plastic wrap). Tie a ribbon around handle of the spoon to hold the plastic wrap in place. (Use colored plastic wrap and coordinating colors for the ribbon, if you prefer.)

To use: pour a cup of hot coffee, take the plastic wrap off the spoon, stick the spoon in the coffee and stir. And TA-DA! -- mint chocolate coffee.

Note: You might want to add some chocolate chips to the melted chocolate to give it a somewhat firmer consistency when it cools off. You may also want to experiment a bit with dipping the spoons a couple of times.

Another note: you could also experiment with other flavors. What about vanilla almond bark and butterscotch candy? Or chocolate and butterscotch? Or chocolate and raspberry candy? You get the picture, I`m sure.
